i think that if you upgrade your golems to level 5. Wizards to 6, and both heroes to level 40 will get you the three star.

3 lightning 1 rage. 3 lightning on the lower right side Air Defense, spread dragons on the upper left side (make a funnel first, of course). Drop rage in the middle. Maxed balloons in clan castle.
