Reaching point of having to decide when to upgrade to TH10

in a highly competitive clan. cant go to th10 unlesss its a net positive. not ready yet but it could be 6 monyhs until I max out.

But alot of my stuff is maxed.

positives:

max teslas
max Archer Towers
max canons
max AD
max traps
max collectors

lvl2 xbow
lvl1 xbow currently upgrading

lvl6 wiz towers
2 are currently upgrading

lvl3 air blower currently upgrading

max elixer troops

near max spells

negatives:

lvl4 hogs
lvl2 golems
lvl1 witch
lvl1 lava

34 lvl10 walls. rest lvl9.

I am gonna but $100 in gems to gem hero upgrade times and lab upgrades.

But even so getting those heroes to lvl 20-25 will take well after my defenses are maxed.

I dont want to just sit on max defense.

definitely get the wiz towers, x-bows, and DE troops done before going to th10

If I were in your shoes, I'd wait until every defense is maxed and you've got your heroes as high as possible!
