I think they should have a builders union. You pay membership dues to have them be in it. If you don't protect your base well enough (lose an attack) they strike. (All active builders stop working for one hour) But if you do a good job protecting (win an attack) then they are motivated. (Work 2x for one hour)

Instead of starting at th1 and building your way up, you start with a maxed th10 and have to downgrade everything until your whole base is gone! Don't downgrade your storages too fast or you can't hold enough loot to downgrade everything else!

You have to show off your village's prestige! Do in style with a 5 × 5 shrine and trophy case to your awesomeness. Defence towers and troops get constant enraged effects if within 10 titles, and levels up as you build better and better shrines.

But be sure it doesn't get hit (has as much HP as an Army Camp), or your enemies will steal more than just a couple dozen cups by the time the raid is over.

Best placed next to your Gem Storage, for added 'bling' bonus effects.
