I've never been 3 stared and had it for a few months. What can i improve? Feedback will be nice thanks !

You are pretty much a maxed th9, farming you will be pretty hard. I loon rush from 12-3 o'clock (I typically roll 28/40 with 6 more loons in CC 3 rage 1 heal) will take 2 gold, 2 elixir and your DE storage. giant/healer armies from 2 o'clock will also rip you up since Giants will funnel right to that AD. Barch and BAM won't be able to do much though.
so all in all it's a good base
im a maxed offense th9 with 20/21 royals and I usually Loon or G/H (when royals are up) and unless you had 600K total or 3k+DE is probably just next you... Risk vs reward just wouldn't be worth it.

I'd propose that you move the AQ out.

i wouldnt move it out. as most will go after your DE side which keeps your AQ is perfect position.
Yes after fiddling around with it, it wasn't worth putting the aq outside.
