Hi, I'm not quite sure what the best strategy to attack this base so if any forum wizard can tell me I'd be thankful

I would do dragloon. (10 drags, 3 rage, 5 max loons in cc) Attack from the top left. Create a funnel at the corners of where you're attacking (top and right) with two dragons. then line up the rest of your dragons (don't spam in one spot). Rages at the 3 ADs, remember to place them in front of your dragons so they head into the spell (to maximize spell usage time) The loons are the tricky part. You have to have experience with loon targeting in order to place them so they head directly for the core. This might help:

Sorry but dragons are ♥♥♥♥ at late th8, I've 3 starred with hogs.
After I lured CC I placed hogs from 6 o'clock and 3 o'clock, their ai went to the middle and then cleaned everything else.
