Contacting Supercell?

So I play Clash through my computer. I've played for a few months and from time to time I tried to connect it to my gmail account but every time it says something like "Problems trying to connect to Google+ servers. Try again later." For months. Anyway that's not my problem at the moment.

My current problem is contacting Supercell. I emailed them and received an automated response that basically told me for lost accounts I had to message them in game... Which I have done... 3 days ago. I told them my problem/name of character/clan of character/and told them I could name anything else with the account to verify that it is mine. I've tried to be patient because I'm sure they receive things like this all the time but I'm becoming a bit irritated because I'm receiving no feedback whatsoever. No responses or even confirmation that they have received my message. This is the only other place I could think of to go for information. Anything will help.

Because you played on an emulator...
emulators are a 3rd party software. Doesn't matter if it's a nintendo or iOS emulator.

yep sorry you won't get support by playing on a computer - it is banned for the reasons mentioned and as such discussion about it on the forum is against the rules - closing this now.

You need to link it to GC or G+ and recover your account onto a mobile device like the rest of us.
