    Tracking air sweeper

All information I have read says that the air sweeper can be pointed in one direction. Then why in an attack I made and one against me has the air sweeper tracked my balloons and turned at least 120°. Is this suppose to happen? How far then can it turn and track?

the air sweeper has a radius of 120°, within this area it can attack any air troops, its attack radius, meaning every air blast it shoots out, is only 30° so if you have more then 1 air troop within its radius of 120° it will only be able to attack one of them at once and it will track the closest air troop as long as it stays within these 120°

Doesn't it have a 120 degree spread? If air units fall anywhere within the cone that the sweeper is covering, it will turn and blow them. My guess is you had units at the far extremes of its range and it was able to target them.

When scouting, you can click on it and see its 120 degree range to plan better.
