In the rules it states that the derby will consist of neighborhoods competing against the same size. In the current derby there is a neighborhood of ten members in with other neighborhoods of just four. I want to know what the likelihood is of members being added after the derby starts. Is that against the rules? Is this a known bug being fixed?

You can add members after a derby starts however they cant participate in the current derby. They must wait for a new derby to start. So even if a nh has (for example) 10 members only 4 may be eligible to participate.

Watch the Neighborhood and if they manage to have more than 8000 points screen shot the results and report it to SC. if they have closer to 6000 then it's more likely that only the 4 original members are actively participating. the other 6 can only help with boat filling and selling items.....and townie pickups.

Games companies are extremely sensitive to allegations that somebody has managed to che@t or h@ck the game. So in that context, yeah, it is a profanity

I think it's an anti-spam measure. So spammers can't come here offering game ¢heats and ha¢ks. And people can't ask for them, as they often do in gaming forums.
