How to sync android to android. (Firstly IOS) Help!

i play coc over a year a go in ios(iphone), and it already sync in to android (samsung). And now i change my phone to new android(samsung s6) i want to know how to move my clash of clans to my new samsung? it is just sign in my google + id? or need code transfer again?

Signing into google+ is enough to transfer it over to the new phone.
