How can I get two clash of clans accounts on one device

I'm playing on an iPad and I've seen many guides that say all you need is to sign in with another Game Center and iTunes account and you will get a new account I've tried this but my same old village comes up

You need a jailbreak tweak called "ifile" to modify files of clash so it resets your village..

you need to do a FULL factory reset on your IPAD, a.k.a backing up all your files, then resetting everything. So you will have to set up your IPAD once again. Then make a new GC account, download and play COC (should be a brand new village). Now that GC account will forever be linked to your new COC account.

If you have access to a second device, where you know the owner will never want to play CoC (like a parent, for example), it's very simple:

    1. Create new Apple ID for second account
    2. Borrow second device and download CoC
    3. Use new Apple ID to set up second account
    4. Delete CoC from borrowed device
    5. Sign out of new Apple ID
    6. Return borrowed device
    7. Sign out of Game Center on your iPad and sign back in with new Apple ID
    8. Ignore warning and enter "CONFIRM" as instructed (you will not lose your original village)
    9. Play your new account!

And you will be banned if you're caught.

Here is a link to the ToS:

    http://supercell.com/en/terms-of-service/

All they say about having multiple accounts is:

"The Service supports only one Account per game on a supported device."

It does not say you cannot do it, or that you'll be banned if caught.

To add on, it tells you how to do it when you aren't logged into GameCenter or Google+. I was skeptical as well until I read that on the settings screen. "Use Google+ Sign-In to safeguard your progress and to play on multiple Android devices." ... so maybe I loosely translated to what I wanted to hear. close enough

You most certainly DO NOT need to jailbreak or factory reset your device. Just google it.
