Since when did it go dry? I just looted for 2 hours in silver I and saw several bases with 500k+ elixir. You mean COLLECTOR raids/abandoned bases are dry? If so, oh well, you may have to actually raid a base and expend a little effort.

You don't just live off collector bases, although everytime I see them, I always go for them if they are above 200k each resource and not have to use the giants and sometimes the wbs.
