Still doable depending on the layout and whether or not you properly plan your attack. Not every base is vulnerable to dragons, so anti-air bases with a proper sweeper placement are probably ill-advised targets, but it's probably still worth trying. Use max loons in that CC
Although as your base and offense progresses further, I recommend swapping to GoWiPe anyway

Just do the attack facing away from the sweeper. Maybe send in a few hogs to take out the sweeper if your really concerned about it messing up your attack.

I farm with Lavaloons and Lavaminioloons and the Air Vaccum hasn't had a big effect on my attacks... Either drop them on the other side or use rage and you are done...
Still powerful but not advisable against an anti-air base
Still gonna be one of the strongest th8 war attacks. Hogs are probably the best bet on most bases at th8 but dragons are an option. Most other attacks are a little too situational (gowipe, valks, et c.)

Just watched the Air Sweeper ruin a Drag-loon attack in the war I am in. If you just think you can still spam Mass drags with some loons and just 3 star a base, you need to actually think about it now and at least try to plan.
