Clans shelf!

In the last update, there arrived a bookmarks tab in info window, to keep clans inside.
What about to make it bigger?
What about news from clans in your location(country)?
What about news of fresh new clans?



Three cards in one tab...

1. Clan magazine
Shows only posts from clans in your clan's location.
How can a clan post there? - When for example, clan reaches 20 000 trophies, there will come a message to clan chat: "20 000 trophies reached! Want to write an article to magazine?" and there will be also button "Write an article". When you press the button there will pop up a window, like when sending a clan mail. You can write there what you want and post it to Clan magazine.
- only Leader/Co-leader can write articles
- for each event/achievement can be posted only one article
Events/achievements which can be posted to magazine:
"Reached ___ trophies" - 20 000, 30 000...
"Won ___ wars!" - 50, 100, 200, 300, 400, 500...
"Is now ___ in the local leaderboard!" - 1st, 2nd, 3rd
"Unlocked level ___ perk!" - 5, 10

2. Clan catalog
Shows the fresh new clans in your(player's) location, when (how much m/h/days ago) they were created and who created them.
