Because at least that guy gave him a shield. Zapper didn't. Left his base wide open for another attacker to come and wreck his base all over again.

Zappers are generally poor so I rarely revenge them.

Where did I say that zapper needs to give anyone a shield. I just stated the reality that zapper would left you without a shield so the next guy could come and steal some more. Smh.
