Had these sort of matchups before the update, heck one of my friend's clans faced clans with 1-2 properly developed TH10s when their highest was TH8 this has happened a couple of times before the update.
To further add to this, a clan war after the update :
our top 5 consisted of 2 rushed TH10s, 2 near maxed TH9 with half lavas/legos and heroes in their 20s and a mid TH9, our opponents had 2 rushed TH10s, 3 mid Th9s but defence maxed.
in our current clan war the two near maxed Th9s opted out so:
Our top 5 consists of 2 rushed TH10s, 2 mid Th9s, 1 Th9 that was been there for about 2 weeks, our opponents include 2 well developed, 1 rushed TH10s, 2 well developed TH9s.
You would have thought in the two above scenarios that the near maxed TH9s would have drawn the 3rd rushed TH10 but it wasn't the case.
