I'm a TH 9 maxed camps maxed elixir troops. Lvl 4 min L2 Hogs L2 golem. I do have all Dark troops tho. So what would be the best way to go about 3 starring this base.

If you have all maxed elx troops, you could do a GoLaLoon which is a bit OP, but it will work.
Quatra lavaloon wouild be overkill but you do need to lure and kill the enemy cc troops. When in doubt 20 archers leaves room for mistakes and since there is no queen to deal with you can use hero at a point defense on cc troops too then just lava hound ballom it to death. 4 hounda might be too far but it is an aniliation.. All rage is what id use.
Why an overkill? I never try to conserve in war i always go all in. Kill it

My advice is upgrade all troops if you love war..
As a the you could easily just Loonion that for 3 stars.
28 Loons
40 Minions
or
32 Loons
30 minions
In your CC you could either do 6 more loons or a lava hound
3 rage 1 heal
seriously......DOnt quad hound it or anything like that
Simple Loonion....its just a th8
as far as the CC goes.....
don't even worry about it just rage your minions on it and use your queen and king as back up.....Even if a dragon pops out you will be fine (in fact a dragon would be much better than 6 whizzes =p)
