    Spies have too much power

We really just want to protect from new members having the ability to spy. So let's have it so new members can't see the bomb placements. If I make you elder in the clan, u are a trusted member and I have no problems with you seeing my whole base. But if I let you in the clan 5 mins ago, why do you get to see my whole war base? Let's fix that!

I spied once. I used an account that had not been in my clan for a long time, so there was no way the other clan would know.

Interesting to see where bombs are, yes, but it was not very helpful. Big traps a generally pretty obvious, and bombs will go off at some point, you can avoid them at the start, but then they will go off later on the second round troops, which may be worse for you.

Interesting to see what is in defence clan castles, only slightly. The tactics are slightly different for countering dragons or wizards, but it barely affects the game plan.

Tactical advantage would be hard to take advantage. It is not an easy thing to advise other players on how to attack in very fine detail, and I didn't even try.

The most interesting thing was reading the opposing clans guessing and reactions. That clan seemed to think the only thing that could go in clan castles is archers. Their grief at being annihilated by valkyries and wizards was a combination of funny and pitiful.

I stayed with that account in that clan for a few weeks and helped them win wars. But they were an unstable clan, a very small core with an easy come easy go membership, and they didn't follow their own schedule for warring. They kicked me when I missed an unscheduled war.

I don't see anything needing fixing. If you don't want spies, don't let people in during war. If new members were not able to see bombs and traps and HTs and CC troops on the war map, that would be OK.

When you say "we" you realize that (at this point) you represent a piddly 9% of the SC community who voted right?
