Help 3 Starring TH9 War Base Please!

Can someone help me with a strat for this base. I've seen this base before on youtube/forums before. Looks a lot like the turtle but can't find the exact post.

I was thinking surgical hogs for this base...any ideas?

This base looks like a HOLO base
