I just found this quite well upgraded base, where the owner made the mistake of upgrading almost all of one defence at once. He only had one working AD on the opposite side of the base, so this was a really easy raid even though he was 2 TH levels higher than me. I also got loads of dark elixir for upgrading my hogs!
