Dragons were here so easy to stop once everyone kept getting 3*, simple by spreading everything on the outside. Sure you'll get 50% 1* easy but anything past that will be shear luck if your drags fly properly.

I myself elf have been looking for a different method during war. My barracks and dark barracks are going up now, unlocking golems and pekkas so I will attempt the GoWiPe method along with some others. From my understanding, it's rather tough, though. I have heard any run with hogs are significantly harder to 2-3*. Any truth behind this and if so, why?
Hogs are the easiest strat to pull off and can easily flatten a TH8 if used on the correct base.

Sure, if someone attempts it on a base with multiple DGB spots, it ain't going to be pretty.
