Thread: Charged for real money but didn't receive gems!!

    no don't unjailbreak your device, just remove the app/tweak from cydia and make sure it was turned off from the setting menu first. then contact apple, tell them nothing about your device being jailbroken or that you know why the transaction didn't go thru (This will void the refund!) and just simple tell them you did not recieve what you paid for they will check themselves and see an error has happened ghosting the transaction and will credit your itunes account again

    oh, yeah then that's another factor... I'm not sure about how long they take to reply to emails. Try sending another email incase it got lost in the millions of daily emails

    Not sure about with Apple, I kno I needed my ♥♥♥♥ed Diablo 3 Account back and Emailed them, didn't hear back for a few days and called and was back online the same day with my account and all stolen loot and equipment i had. I hate waiting for emails from large companies, it's always best to call if you can. but you are spoofing your idevice to the US itunes store so I'm not sure about that part

    Yh it's kinda complicated for me to call them directly... No other options I have other than contact them by email :/

    When you contacted them by email did you contact directly to an apple support email or did you follow the FAQ and Help Section clicking questions about your problem which lead you to an actual Email that can help you in the area you're dealing with ( Meaning the Purchase and not receiving what you bought Complaint department)

    I went through FAQ sectoon which lead me to the purchases history and reported the problem from there
