    Try contacting them through the Apple Support Page and not through that 'Report a Problem' on iTunes. I did that first and got no response. Once, I sent them an e-mail through the support page, I got it faster than any other option.

    Ok ill try to contact them directly through their email from apple support.
    the "report a problem" probably might not work as an apple support
