    Yes im jailbroken.
    i had inapp purchases from cydia on when i bought the gems, but after i noticed gems werent delivered then I uninstalled inapp purchases from cydia. Unfortunately after I did that nothing changed as gems remained the same.
    i have sent an email to Apple for a refund and try to purchase gems after I unjailbreak my iPad.
    Is this problem common among jailbroken device users?

    i have contacted them using a feature on Apple website "Report a problem" directly from the purchase I have made (from purchase history). It had the purchase order code filled in automatically

    I had this happen before with $100 purchase I forgot to remove my IAP App, and it charged my account as normal but no GEMS! I waited about 12 hours, and still no gems. I ended up calling APPLE about the purchase not going thru and not receiving anything from the app i purchased in, They were more then helpful and had my account credited back the $100 by the following morning. I made sure to have deleted IAP and purchased again with no problem. Hope that helps

    Supercell can not credit you for a ghost purchase due to having an IAP on, you must contact Apple directly for the credit like i mentioned above

    You just need to delete the inapp purchase tweak from cydia?
    you don't need to unjailbreak your device? I'm still waiting for Apple to answer my email for a refund

    BTW Call Apple don't Email them! You will get help right away with a simple phone call

    I use US store but I'm not from US. Can't phone call to US Apple support :/
