Here's how I fixed my issue similar to this

I remember not too long ago I had an issue similar to this. The process of actually receiving your gems is actually quite simple. Since you're on iOS, navigate to Apple's support page and select "iOS Apps." Once you've made it here, look toward the bottom of the page and click on "Contact Support" and then "iTunes Store Support." Once again, you need to navigate toward the bottom of the page and click on "Contact Support," "Purchases, Billing, and Redemption" and then click on "How to recover missing purchased items." You now have the option of either contacting them by e-mail (which is what I did), or an online chat, or by call. Assuming you select e-mail, you're going to want to prepare a short message with what you purchased. Simply fill in the required information (especially the order number! {which can be found in the iTunes app for Windows/Mac OS; there's a guide to finding order numbers}). Their first response should say something along the lines of

Greetings, thank you for contacting iTunes Store Support. My name is ***** and I’ll be your advisor for today.

Based on the information you have provided, I understand that you did not received the In-App you have purchase for the application “Pile of Gems”. I know how important it is for you to have this addressed right away. Let me look in to this for you.

Thanks for contacting us. I’m sorry that you didn’t receive your in-app purchase. I know how frustrating that can be. I’ve reviewed your case and am issuing you a full refund.

You'll see 5.34 USD added to your store credit balance within 48 hours. You may need to sign out of the iTunes Store and then sign back in before you see the credit in your account.

To contact the app’s developer, see this page:

    https://gamesupport.supercell.net/hc...Clash-Of-Clans

If this issue persists, we recommend you avoid making any more in-app purchases from it until the developer confirms the issue is resolved.
You then have the option of either keeping your money, or trying to buy the gems again. I bought them again, only this time, I went into Safe Mode first, no need to uninstall your precious jailbreak . Hoped this helped. Happy Clashing!

Thanks a lot for your feedback!
im having troubles trying to think what to do about this and you might have cleared some things
i only sent an email from contact/support on CoC app.
i haven't contacted Apple support, but I might need to in order to get refunded.

what is the "Safe Mode" you used on the second time to get the gems to ensure jailbreak tweaks don't interfere anymore? Is it airplane mode? Doesn't it disconnect you from the game?

You're very welcome. Safemode is CydiaSubstrate's way of disabling all of the tweaks (like when Springboard crashes) without the dangers of harming your device. It doesn't disconnect you from the game. It's like having an unjailbroken device but with Cydia enabled to install/uninstall the tweak that caused safe mode (Springboard crash {but in this case, we're using it to ensure that nothing interferes with the purchase}). Trust me, I've contacted Supercell Support before Apple and they couldn't help. They told me that I had nothing in my Gem history (even though I got a receipt from Apple?) and that they had no power over iTunes transactions (the message I sent them explained my situation and requested a refund, with the Order #). That's when I decided to ask Apple for the refund instead. As for getting into Safemode, it's quite simple. There's a tweak on Cydia (default BigBoss repo) called "PowerTap." Just install it and hold the power button down as if you were going to turn off your device. Once the slider pops up, tap on the circle icon and it should change the function. The 3rd tap should say "Slide for Safemode." Hope this helps

    Thank you very much!!!
im going to try to do exactly as you said because I don't think supercell will do anything about this.
ill try to get the refund from Apple and then try to purchase again with Safe Mode to see if it works.
Everything you said makes absolute sense in my opinion so I might just follow every step you have just told me. Thanks

It shouldn't take long, as you can see in my message, they've reviewed the issue before even contacting me about it. I think this is a major factor in their response time. My guess at this point is about 1-3 days depending on the queue and how long it will take them to process your refund.

i just wanted to ask if you was jailbroken. Uninstal in app purchases from cydia and check again. I had the same problem but i knew it was In app purchases. it creates a little bug or something. Just uninstal it you can instal it later. tell me if it worked.

I beleive Supercell does not have any control over these transactions. Purchases in your case goes through Apple. Try contacting Apple. Their are various ways to contact them. Take a look on their website.
