    Exclamation Charged for real money but didn't receive gems!!

    I have purchased 49,99$ worth gems which was discounted to my account money balance but no gems were received to clash of clans!!

    please help. I'm desperate!

    Well in that case I'm sorry to inform you but you have wasted $/£50 worth on gems and you won't receive them, also to note that SC may charge you a couple more quid if you don't buy any gems yearly after a purchase.




    Jokes aside, sometimes these transactions take time, I'm sure it'll be sorted in the end and since I am no expert I don't know what the alternatives to make this happen are. All I can say is you may have just wasted your money.

    i appreciate your help though.

    what should I do? I got charged 50$ on my iTunes account (real money) but for no gems at all at Clash of Clans!!
    im feeling desperate by now...

    Please help!!!

    Well, I'll see what I can do, these forums do get looked at often, however not many responses by SC. All I can think of is contacting Support in- game. However, it make take a couple of Months to get a response but that may be the only way to get the Gems.

    How long ago was it since you purchased them?
    Are you on a secure/fast internet connection?

    I have heard it can take a couple of hours to a couple of days until people have got their gems. I haven't ever experienced this issue but I'll try keeping you informed and I'll try my best to make sure you get your gems.


    EDIT: I quickly looked at common problems to see if anything was useful there, and since I don't know your device, I'm going to assume it was IOS.

    So this is one way of getting your gems back:

    'While most of the transactions go smoothly, sometimes an answer from Apple or our servers might be slower than usual or might result in errors. Please wait some time and see if they will arrive. If this doesn't help, quit and restart the game. Your gems should be credited to you.

    Cydia repos or 'apps', can mess with this creating the problem, if you are jailbroken, un-jailbreak or disable tweaks to make the purchase.

    Apple doesn't allow App Developers to see purchase transactions, so Supercell has no way to verify attempted purchases if the transaction does not make it to Supercell's servers.

    If after a day of waiting, you do not get your gems, contact apple to request a refund. There are links in your e-mailed invoice, or purchase history within iTunes.

    I have disable inapp purchase from cydia now but still no gems were added to my account.

    the sticky link doesn't work for me. Here's what I see when I click that link:

    Since i wasn't the one who made that link and copied it from a post, I can't help you with that.

    If you still don't receive your gems in the next day then contact Apple to see if you can get a refund.

    Have you quited and restarted the game?
    Have you disabled tweaks?
    if none of the above worked ^ try un- jailbreaking like it says or wait a day then contact Apple.

    How do I ask for a refund from Apple?
    i have now switched off the inapp purchase tweak from cydia but it didn't change anything at all

    i found a bug!!!

    hello.
    I found a software bug in the game chat!
    in persian language when a lot of(10 or more than) typing character '?' in chat box and sending this,crashed game and faced the error:
    "unfortunately,clash of clans has stopped."
    and blocked game account!!
    please fixed and un blocked my account.

    I can't phone call apple directly. Can't I ask them to refund from email?
