Hi, I'd say that base is perfect for a HoLo (Hogs and Loons) style attack.
As TH8 I did a fair bit of HoLo attacks where all the air defences were bunched up inside with other defences around the perimeter.
The idea is to take out as many defences from one or all sides that are out of reach of air defences with Loons.
Then using some hogs and heals send the straight into the core to clean it up.
Of course you have to deal with the CC troops but that happens after your initial loons attack when they come out and you take them to one side and get rid of them.
