Suggestion:
Make more testers across the globe for testing n bug tracking,
now game has grown very big, you need a large team with many devices - worldwide.

It seems to be related to the emoji input in the clan description.

We're looking into it but in the meantime, if you can ask one of your clan mates (someone who can access the game), to log into the game and remove all emojis from the description of your Clans, that may help

Supercell can't expect everyone to come to this thread to see that they know about the problem. still waiting for them to do the right thing after their update broke the game for so many of us.

Same here, just joining a new clan and crash down, now stuck on loading screen...
I've seen a raid during loading screen, so that's technical issue, I think.

the game is down, supercell is trying to fix something, that dosent seems to be.

im not sure, if we all will be able to play with our old th's, not even new, after high th lvls who will play from start, and cost of gems, we dont have tons of money and time....

one thing for sure, supercell codes are totally messed up

we cannot enter our villages anymore in future ?

they really made us a big fool...

if they refund us back, for the elixir and coins and de we have earned over the time
some will be billionaires and most millionaires @lol

we should get money back for gems and compensation for mental pain
and hours w have invested
