Infinite loading screen

My friends and iIhave been facing this same problem since the last update and the installment of the Air Sweeper thing. We did everything we could do to contact Supercell. . We sent them on Facebook and om their emails and though the in-game support thing.. the problem is with the accounts themselves and not with the game or devices as all of us are able to start and play a new game beginning from Town Hall level one
I hope they fix it asap!!!!!!! It is like dying slowly. .... yes they are killing us smoothly and silently! !!!!.

I swear to everything you believe in that we did everything you could imaginr ad316 but nothing worked... all of my clan are not able to start playing the game.. all are stuck at the LOADING SCREEN. 😢

i have the same problem

but the interesting part is
i have loaded my friends account on my phone and it workbut when i switch to my own account it crashes
i also setup my account on my friends phone and it crashed again
i checked and confirm that all friedns that are high levels have the problem but lower levels not
i dont know the relevance

Ny game is stuck with this black screen and will crash please help me

I, as well as countless others I know in the game, that are android users, are no longer able to load the CoC app and play the game. This is an ongoing problem that has been going on for at least most of the day today. Supercell, while your game is free to play, you earn your money from the millions of dollars we spend on buying gems. Please address and acknowledge these game loading issues immediately. From the sounds of the chatter here in the forum this issue continues to go without acknowledgement and without any mention that it is being worked on or looked into. User emails are not being responded to. If you are not able to provide a fix to this MAJOR PROBLEM, and the numerous other glitches with the new update please acknowledge them and consider rolling back to a working version of the game.

mybe we'r going to cancel this game from our life ... stuped probem and no body from support team response. . I think they creat this problem

Me and my clan members that using android cell phones faced this problem too .
Normally loading but no logging in .

But my second account on PC Doesn't has this problem and I can play with that !!

If you have tried all methods to get back into the game then please sit tight. Supercell are well aware and onto the issue by now. They probably have to investigate what the problem is and then release a patch for it and make it love which takes time. If it has been a week and you still can't get in I'll contact a Staff Member to see what's happening.

The game has been broken since the update, and supercell has yet to acknowledge the problem. Plus, it doesn't sound like you know what you're taking about, so please stop making excuses for them.
