Hi guys I'm saving Dark Elixir right now (have about 60k) and I'm not sure what to upgrade should I upgrade Golems to Lvl3 (in wars I tend to use GoWiPe a lot!) Or Witches to lvl2( never really use much but may be good for GoWiWi?) or I could get my Archer Queen to Lvl 9? Help! Please tell me which one to do and why I should!
PS my King is already at Lvl 10 and I am happy to leave him where he is until other troops are done!
Witches are Max @ lvl 2 so it's good to have them done & out of the way. 1 or 2 can be a good compliment to your GoWiPe & they're great in TH9 & TH10 CC's.
Easy call, Golems for sure! Golems start getting good at Lvl's 3 and 4. Witches I never really saw a difference when I upgraded them to lvl 2. Just my opinion though

I don't think there's a real wrong answer. imo.
but if you really need a decision i say upgrade your golem first.
6 skeletons to 8 is a 33% boost. How many troop upgrades offer that bump? Witches 2 is HUGE. I would never recommend using level 1 witches over a wizard or pekka.Originally Posted by Tsampsel25

That said, GoWiPe is more helpful for an easy 2 star if you are attacking the enemy clan's #1 or 2. If you are not the top member of your clan, you should be aiming for 3 stars and using GoWiWi. In that case I would upgrade witches.
TH 11 lvl 178 max walls; 45/45/20 heroes
TH 10 lvl 148 91 magmas; 40/40 heroes
TH 9 lvl 124 250 lavas; 30/30 heroes
Main issue with this is that one mortar or wizard tower can take out all your witches and skellies in one shot. The golem is a tank and what better way to use a tank than make it stronger.
As for your 2 and 3 star statment, I used GoWiWi at the earlier stages of TH9 and found it fairly effective but once my golems were to lvl 4 I started using GoWiPe and will never go back! The shear power of the Pekka's will destroy the majority of bases for at least 2 stars and I have had a lot more success with 3 stars and a guaranteed 2 star using GoWiPe over GoWiWi.
