My 3 yr old granddaughter likes to wake the sanctuary animals. She was disappointed when yet again I had no food for them. She took it upon herself to take the icon of the wheat bundle and drag it to the animals mouth! Obviously it was ineffective but I didn’t know you could drag it outside it’s little fanlike drop down. Leave it to a 3 yr old to think outside the box!

It was a VERY long time before I realized that I did not have to click on the fishing boat to get BACK from my fishing spot. Or click on the train pushcar to get back from my town.

Forgive me if you all know this - but since I learnt it 3/4 years ago and stopped playing and started again I had to learn it all over again. So when you buy a raspberry/blackberry bush it can come out lined up or square/perpendicular to the direction you want to plant it. So I was having to plant it somewhere I had space to turn it round so it was facing the right way. The next one always comes out the right way.

Doh! If it’s not right as you drag it out of the shop, just let go and grab a new one. Bingo! All the ones after that are in the right direction. Unless you’re planting a zig-zag formation in which case you need to get a life. Just jkng!

Also if you are touring farms from the DD and you end up in their town, don’t use the hand car to get back to the DD because you land up next to the truck and have to reverse back down the drive to the mailbox. Instead hit the house button and you go back to your own mailbox, ready to open the DD.

I just found out that the Grand Master has a cool animation, he grabs a fly with his chopsticks. I spent 15 minutes watching him last night. He is now my favorite townie.

How do you catch big fish?

Bee and bee tree.
I had zero clue how they went together.
When I bought the tree I really did think the bees would just BE there.
I had no clue I had to go and buy them just like any pet.

If you are dealing with a plague worth of frogs....buy or pull out a pond from your storage and set it down next to them. They will jump in the pond. When you get to a manageable amount of frogs....and let's face it one or two hopping around is dang cute!!! But when they are back to acceptable numbers...put the pond back in storage.

After storing it, you can put the pond back out and the frogs will still be gone.
