You still have to pay the coins to buy the building. But after you bought the production building, you can either choose to wait for the allocated building time of that production building, or you can pay the diamond fee for instant building and jump directly to "the grand opening".

P.S. that is not a wise move, a wise gamer would hire tom instead and stock on goodies from that machine, if he has diamonds in his disposal.

Skipping to the P.S part. Well, Tom does cost 15 diamonds a day but diamonds are pretty cheap, I might give it a try and spend 10 dollars on some diamonds and Tom sometimes gives a discount.

And another trick that very, very few people know. The dog and cats have a 6 hour cool off time after you use the whistle to wake them up. During that cool down, they do practically nothing for the player. The trick is to make sure that you place a plant that takes 6 hours to finish (tomatoes come in handy now) next to the pet house and plant it RIGHT after you whistle the dogs and cats for your precious land deeds and axes. This helps because there is no way to count that cool down time besides a timer on your phone, tablet, etc. It is slightly useless and you can look at a clock, set a timer but the way in which its in game with it I found the best, plus you get a couple free tomatoes when that's over.

I am a level 45 on Hay Day and a level 62 on clash of clans. So yes, I do have experience with these games.

I got a new one, not sure if it's a new an addition to the game (latest update) or if it was in the game since the beginning and I have never noticed about it.

When you tap on other people's boat or docks.

The boat is only tapable after the player opens a crate for help.

But the dock is always tappable and you can see what their boat requires even if they never ask for any help, so long as there is a boat anchored.

    Is this new??

I noticed this too and have also been wondering if this is new or not..
I would've expected to have noticed it sooner if it is not new..

It seems to have happened after the most recent update. Helpful if you are watching trends on boat cargo.

Look new to me, I remember boat/dock not reacting before.... however, i don't think it means to react to stranger.

Cool discovery about the boats. I just went on a spree in the Daily Dirt. Bought nothing. Helped no one. But I peeked at all your boats! muhahahaha

Oh I wouldn't say nobody knows this one. The tomato timer is an oldie but a goodie. It was suggested before I even started and that was a very long time ago. What you might not know is that it is a good idea to hang onto some farm animals that need collecting from and when you wake your pets, follow Myso's formula for collecting. Even if you can't remember her formula, it's smart to wake them one at a time and if you've done three without a drop, do some farm animals in between. They give more items than using the whistle. That's why I keep my farm animals close to my pets for ease of access.

I don't know if this was already mentioned but I'd never noticed that we got XP when selling to the little visitors until someone mentioned that on an unrelated thread this weekend.

Lo and behold, next time I sold wheat up go the XP points in addition to the coins. Bowl me over!
