(Suggestion) reward for clan members for donation troops

Hi people, i have the next suggestion:

It would be nice give a good reward to 5 first clan members that they have donated higher number of troop to the end each season (each 14 days). The reward could be a good amount of Elixir and Dark Elixir, since it is the money used for create troops. This reward cause that the clan members compete donate more troops for stay in the first 5 positions for take this good reward.

This will encourage people to donate everything and anything, regardless if others want them or not. if you have people with level 3 archers, and you don't want them, youll likely get them because they want the bonus.

I like this idea. It'll encourage ppl to check in and donate more.
But if you do get those ppl who donate things you did not ask for, kick them out. People need to learn to follow rules. 👍🏽
