How cool would it be if you could customize your favorite troops with different skins/weapons? For example maybe give barbarians spears or have them wield two swords - or maybe give your wizards the traditional wizard hat! These should just be cosmetic of course and should not affect gameplay at all. Depending on how awesome they look I would maybe even buy them with gems.
