Ready-Up Option for War

I think it would be a good idea to have a Ready-Up option for war. If every member of both clans select the ready-up button during the 24-hour war preparation time, then the war will automatically start. If everyone does not select it, then the war prep time is as normal.

I'd take this one step further and just give the power to the leaders to hit "Preparation Complete."

Once both leaders have done so, the war starts.
