I wanna swear! Make them available for war while on upgrade please. War is outside of farming and trophy pushing, besides the loot gained (which is moot because it still costs for war attacks, so reward makes sense). SO.. why is army potency restricted for war when a Royal is on upgrade but defense is never lessened when on upgrade?!
I'm not really asking because I know I'm right. Fix us up Supercell and I for the rest of my life will remember that magnificent fix to an already great game.
