TH 11 lvl 178 max walls; 45/45/20 heroes
TH 10 lvl 148 91 magmas; 40/40 heroes
TH 9 lvl 124 250 lavas; 30/30 heroes

Very well, logged in time with my mini and dumped lots of my juice/gold into lv 7 walls
LV. 128 TH9. Queen: 30 / King: 30. Lavas: 165/250.
After walls with elixir is reverted will it be with lvl 9+ walls or something else?

As always... You will be able to upgrade lv8+ walls with elixir..
1 gem elixir boosts for a week for destroying the elixir economy in my opinion

It's setup that way so that TH9s actually have a prayer to get much-needed elixir.
I would CERTAINLY hate to be an early TH9 right now after all the mid to late TH8s dump all their excess pink into walls, as I just did right now.

lvl7-lvl 8 walls should stay as they are..able to use lix...
