SuperCell don't "owe" me in the same way, but they should still pay attention to the players as that is their income.

Also how is it not fair you will be able to the same thing when you get to th9.
thats like a six year old saying it's not fair that my 16 year old brother can drive a car and I can't.
Just because they should doesn't mean they owe it to you. They actually do--there's quite a list of player ideas that have made it into the game (the sticky in the ideas subforum has that list). It just so happens that most player ideas either aren't feasible or would break the game.
I know, and like I said I think their not doing a bad job. Would be silly if nothing the players suggest make it in the game. Why ignore people?
Again... I'm in fact happy with the game, and this update. If I wasn't I wouldn't be on the forums I just wouldn't play anymore.

My TH10 has a new, crazy looking defense to upgrade, and (hopefully) can participate in wars knowing they are truly fair? Good, but not great... And what, we're rewarding even more people for putting their TH out, turning all the higher leagues players into (mostly) TH snipers? That's bad!
The tweaks are all pretty nice. But they are tweaks, nothing to get excited about.
The change in matchmaking - I have no idea what to make of this yet. It sure is different, and I've been raiding on my TH10 over 4000 trophies, on my TH9 at 2750, and on another TH9 at 1750. My TH10 found some great whales and seen phenomenal loot lower down, but it was just after the update then 12 hours after the update, so in reality I doubt Champs has changed much if at all once it settles down. My TH9 in M3 felt like it was in champs - after a while it was endless 1-3 cup offers, mostly all broke TH8, but after a while it found a rich enough TH8 in C3 to 3-star - that's certainly different! In G2, I didn't notice a lot of difference, although no doubt a few TH6 were filtered out. I suspect farmers will now either drop really low for easy loot, or go really high for the loot bonus. Unfortunately I suspect that the upper trophy leagues will become like Champs has become - full of people putting their TH out, so you live off mostly TH snipes. That's bad for the game. My TH10 has slowly climbed to over 4000 cups in the last few months, and the higher I get the more I live off TH snipes (my own TH is out too - I'm part of the problem!) - that's really boring - everyone in champs (and arguably masters) should have their TH in so there are more bases available for real attacks.
The new defense - what can I say, it's just too comical, it's like an April Fools joke gone live. It's a continuation of the way Clash has changed the character art to be more comical (goofy giants, etc etc), less serious - not to my taste.
In terms of game play, I don't see it changing much for me to be honest - my TH10 uses ground troops for raiding in champs, and mostly ground in war as well; my TH9 uses mostly air for farming and war is a mix of hogs or air+ground, I doubt the new air-pump-thing will change much in the long run clever players will still quickly work out ways to 3-star TH9. My daughter has TH7 and TH9 that farm with b-arch - nothing much has changed at all; even in wars I'm sure the dragon-based attacks of TH7 and TH8 can still be made to work and get 3 stars.
Confirmation of War Attack - is this finally going to remove sandboxing from wars? I don't know, but if it actually has removed the ability to sandbox, and the mod makers can't find a new solution... well that's massive, and it's awesome - if we can get to a place where everyone is (roughly) on the same level playing field, well that can only be 100% GOOD! Even the hard-core modders will get over themselves eventually, because if they can't then neither can their opposition, can't complain about that really. As I say, I dunno if this is a working final solution or not - only time will tell...
As many others have said... the last two updates have been really small in terms of what's been delivered for 6 months of work. Not surprising, given the need to support iOS and Android, but yeah, kinda disappointing that nothing truly game-changing / new has been released for so long, especially for those of us with a fully maxed TH10.

This means that people that love the update (including me, though I m not sure I like the air sweeper) are probably NOT posting about it!!!

Now we have less ways of attacking, and more gold to spend great. Instead of increasing the different ways to attack a base and ways to spend elixir, supercell has just made attacks more narrow, more annoying, and less enjoyable. I love how they constantly nerf offenses so no one wants to attack anyone. Just another disappointed post, get used to it after this update Supercell
