Not really, let's see it when maintenance done
if we use logic air sweeper push only to one side, so if the sweeper can push your air troops backward they can push your troops forward or sideward.

analogy :
if the sweeper set in this direction : --> then air troops come from <-- get push backward, if they come from top or bottom they get push to the right side, and if the air troops come from --> will get push forward (advantage and disadvantage, but more likely i see this can be exploit to advantage on the attacker if they deal on air sweep at last wave)
But, let's see how they work

It seems to only work in 120 degrees that gives you 240 degrees from which to attack.

Wouldn't your air troops already destroy the Sweeper if it was coming form behind? I can't visualise the possibility of it pushing your troops forward...

Possiblities are real in CoC :P

Personally, I can finally see hope for TH 7s against mass dragons and TH 6s against giants + healers

I think it's a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ed idea, and I am not even that much of an air attack fan.
