As the number of clans in CoC continues to grow (millions and millions!) you would think this would make it easy to find a good home. However, casual and active adult players know that this is far from the truth. The landscape is littered with kids, trolls, spammers, and bullies who make it difficult to stay in one place for too long.
Our vision for Sliabh Beatha (named for a mountain in Ireland) is a place where adult players, regardless of skill level, can come and learn to improve their game. A place where regular people can hang out and not have to deal with 10-year-olds begging for Elder status or filling the chat with emoticons. A place where everyone treats everyone else respectfully, and we all play for fun.
Will our chat be active 24/7? No, because we're adults with lives and jobs. Do we always donate the most maxed troops possible? No, because we welcome players of all levels. If you're looking for a power clan, with all the pressure and drama and high expectations associated with it, look elsewhere. But if you're looking for a drama-free safe haven, where you can learn and have fun while still living a regular adult life, come check us out. Our co-leaders have all built and run successful clans before, and we are now moving toward a twice-weekly war schedule (Opt Outs are allowed ... we've won 12 and recently attained Perk Level 4).
Most importantly, we're having fun! Hope to see you in Sliabh Beatha!
