Hey Meincke, please try to join again!
We have room for 2 nice neighbors who are active, helpful, chatty and does all 5 tasks! If you love doing town, having big barns above 1,500, this is definitely the hood for you.
Our leader has changed it to anyone can join, but we really don't accept just anybody.

We have just one room available for any active player, willing to help, do all 5 derby tasks and is friendly.
We love helping too and seldom say "no" to a neighbor, so boat crates are never left empty for long.
There is almost never a quiet moment in our hood, so we are looking to recruit someone chatty and responsive!
We trade very frequently, therefore most of us have barn sizes of more than 1,500 spaces.
We are currently only looking for higher level players, so please join us if you have liked what you read so far!

Our Brown Horse has been in 1st place for all derbies because we are a very organised NH when it comes to Derby.

Hi,
I am an Australian player, my farm name is Velveteen -Level 69 / Lvl 16 in town.
I am a daily player who is very active.
I am currently in a good NH, nice ppl but they are not as derby focussed as I would like, I prefer to only take tasks 300+ (if available) always do 5 & am willing to do 6 if would make a difference to the teams result.
I will always help when I can and never ask for help unless I really need too.
I do send my boats away instead of relying on my team to fill sugar or dairy mill products.
I have never done "trades" because I don't know how, I have read a thread on it but have never tried, however I think it would be a great idea if the team collaborates to work on each players, Barn/Silo upgrade in rotation, that way we all help each other to improve.
I'm not much of a personal chatter & prefer discussions to be game based.
I want a NH where the leader & co-leaders have an active role & remove players who no longer play, delete derby tasks lower than 250 & who strive to have fair, fun environment.
I looked your NH up & it said you want a level 71 player or above (sorry I was unaware when I responded to your forum request), I am 2 levels below but have a barn size of 1750 if that helps.Originally Posted by Rubymissymu

Btw, for expansion of barn / silo, we always do trading. It is how we expand our barn/silo in our hood. So if you have no problem with this, let me know on forums.

i am able to join straight away (I think) not sure if their is a cooling of period but will leave now & let you know via this forum.
re the 'trading' if by this you mean selling BEM & LEM to group members at base price, I have no problem with this as its a rule the whole group would follow. If it means something else I'm sure I'll be fine with it but as I mentioned I have never Traded only read about it on a forum thread & it said you negotiate off line via Facebook, then put an item in the last box of your Rss.
