Hello fellow clashers.
Currently, my defensive buildings and walls are all max including barracks and traps. What's left is just collectors (gold & elixir) and lab upgrade (goblin, wb, pekka, ls, rs & valkyrie). I know it's a personal decision to jump at this rate but I need some wise decision. Is th9's lab upgrade time lesser than build time?

This seems to be the most asked questions on this site. A simple browse through this page or the next page you'll see a ton of answers and even guides to when to upgrade.
If your troops are maxed then start your upgrade. There's no real need to max your collectors as you can farm all the resources you need.
I already browsed the forum and can't find similar case as mine. In addition, my king is max for th8
Max everything but golem and Valks. Including mines, drills and collectors. Fill full your elixir and gold, you'll need all 6 mil of each to jump start the base...go 9. Hopefully you have skull walls. Within two weeks, you'll be a stronger 9 than most of the nimrods strutting about with weak 9 bases and somehow think they're cool.
Max everything, especially collectors. Upgrade your townhall when you have 15 days left of lab upgrades.

Skip 9 and just go to 10.
I would max pekka and collectors.

Because pekkas are not a 3 star war strategy unless its a premmie th9 or an awful design. He could just move to th9 and enjoy the offensive benefits. If he doesnt build xbows, he will be a 8.5 with is superior for war.
