Yes, this is the correct strategy (I'm not kidding--it IS that mindless...lol)

It's true: as long as you don't miss with your lightning spells, and you have 10 or 11 dragons, it's very difficult to fail. For best results, spread your dragons along the side (or around the corner) closest to the remaining AD.

Have you EVER seen it fail? I haven't.

But I HAVE seen PLENTY of misses with anything other than lightning...

I just watched it fail on a base like this in my current war. Zap worked but he held back a couple of drags and waited to deploy bk so fail is real. Over caution is the killer of th7 drag raids. You gotta go all out and don't hesitate if you're unsure. Sorry the attack i am talking about was lv 1 drags and would of worked had it been lv 2 as it was very close.
