Congratulations, this thread was so amazingly thought out and discussed that SC made a rare change to the "Under Consideration List"!!!

Other trap ideas: Moat, lightning rod, tar pits, pitfall, hole trap, poison shrubs, wildfire, rock wall, Decorations (dogs/animals) that attack enemies, ability to add poison ivy to walls, sticky trap, vine trap, stun, taser, vortex, freeze/permafrost, tremor/earthquake
(I wonder why they just put it in there second... weird...)
In celebration of this momentous occasion, I say we can now, finally, after all this time, let the lightning rod posts die with dignity as Supercell knows and is considering this an option.

The truth is that it seems very strange because I think a good idea to comparison of others within "under consideration list", it makes me laugh. Not because I have "invented" but because it is a defense to an attack that can do nothing but watch as our resources are stolen or destroyed defenses. But I see that people have to hate this idea.

He used an app to translate from Spanish to english, easy to understand he meant lightning spell.

More importantly- Why did someone necro this thread? This entire topic is a moot point since the last update.
