TH9 V TH9 in Clan War - How to Beat this Base!

So I'm a fairly new TH9 with my profile pic below. I'm trying to go up against the base below and have been struggling a bit at th9. Hogs have been absolutely pathetic for me and even though I have death loons I've struggled to make them count. Any advice greatly appreciated.

I beat lots of similar bases with lvl 4 hogs as a fresh TH9

Hogs and witches have been ♥♥♥♥ for me at this level...

Was able to 2 star it with 9 drags and 8 loons tho.
