Still a newbie to this, but working on upgrades of walls, then castle, then going to TH7. I read thru a few posts, so, mortar placements & wizard towers were moved to current position. Suggestions greatly appreciated.

As a th8, this looks pretty good.
Thanks...now I just have to improve my attacking.
Looks good to me, but the funneling could be improved a bit more, I guess.
Looks good, just switch AD with mortar. You won't get many air raids at TH6.

it depends what trophy range you are in, but you won't get attacked by air raids at th6. Also, if an attacker were to drop two lightning spells in between your mortars and wizards they could take out both. This is a big problem as your two most powerful defenses on one side could be completely gone. Besides that, however, it is pretty good.![]()

First, trophy range is 1000-1100, dropping consistently with TH destruction & occasional attacks with goblins only (I'm sure there's an acronym for that but I'm ignorant of it.)
Second, by 'air raids' do you mean balloons (loons I think) & Dragons? And, this has happened occasionally; the routine flying unit I see is the healer.
Trading the gold storage for the Wizards, as written in an earlier reply, would solve this then...should I switch the AD (archer defense ??) & the wizard towers?
