My name is Krycheck, and I represent a new clan called "KCP clashers". We are looking for highly experienced players for war. Now you might be asking yourself, what does that mean. Honestly, if you are asking, you probably are not the person we are looking for. I will elaborate, for those who still want to know.
What we are looking for.
We expect a high knowledge of the game and game mechanics. This includes but is not limited to: if a certain attack would work against a certain base, what are the proper spells to use for a specific attack, the path troops would most likely take in an attack, placement of troops for an attack.
We expect a decent amount of war experience. Which means do not apply unless you have around 350 or more war stars. Now do not think that number is set in stone, I have seen very good and smart players with 50, I have also seen very poor players who have been warring forever with 1000 stars.
We expect you to take criticism and give it. This is a warring clan, but also a learning one. If we see a mistake, we will call it out or "ask" why you chose to do what you did. We expect the same from you. Strategy is almost always changing. You and we should be giving advice to improve others, which will in turn improve the clan. This is important for clan growth and development.
We expect your base to be in good order. No rushed town halls. If you do not know what that means then look it up. War bases should be set up properly. There are so many diff types of war base setups, we do not care which you choose, but they have to make sense. We will let you know if we think it should be adjusted.
We expect your troops and base defenses to be maxed or on there way for your Town hall level.
We are also an English speaking clan. We have no problems with other languages, just keep it out of clan chat. It is not right for other people in clan to not know what is being said.
We expect you to attack bases that you can 3 star with effort. The "best" strategy is to get more stars than the other clan. The way to do this is allow lower bases with lower level troops to hit bases they can 3 star, not have someone higher take those bases, and give the lower bases no chance of getting stars. You should also not be trying to attack bases WAY above your head. You should know what that means.
We expect you to have fun, but for us, fun comes from winning. We understand losses happen, and if we lose a close war we need to learn from the mistakes and fix them next time. We will not tolerate, continuous mistakes. Think of this as a job, if you make too many you are fired. We also want players to understand 1 loss is not the end of the world. Not a single person in CoC has a perfect war record, but we sure will make it our priority to be the best.
