What Attack Can 3 Star This Base? (TH9)

As a mid TH9, what attack strategy would be best for a 3 star on this dude?

My troops are all lvl 5 (for troops that go to 5/6/7), and lvl 3 (for troops that go to 4) EXCEPT for hogs (lvl3); witch and hounds (both lvl1); golems (lvl2), and lvl 6 balloons.

I just figured knowing troops lvls has a huge effect on the strategies you use.

Because you have low level hogs, a CB LaLoon is probably your best option, get the AQ, the CC and one AD with a CB, because lvl 1 hounds are ok against lvl 6 ad's.

I might just be a dumb*♥♥, but what do you mean by "CB"?

The base I attacked wasn't very similar to this one, however it can be crushed with exactly same strategy. Start the attack from south (both sides), 2 lavas to both ADs, balloons after that, rage. When troops move to the north ADs, use heal. Hold some balloons to put them in the back-end north on ATs. If you have heroes, put them to north as well.
