I think this should require everyone to post how old they are at the end of each comment.
Such small minded aspects. Supercell does not want h@ckers or problem players in their game but some good people do slip through the cracks. This is a new trend that I hope doesn't get traction, BUT IT WILL if this thread continues to stay on the first page.

How many of you have written to EACH of them rather than reposting (read spamming) hashtags.... it's like Kony 2012 all over again...
Instead of taking care of this like you should be, through private channels, you blast it on a forum that has thousands of people viewing?
I don't think it shows it anymore but this forum would have upwards of 5000+ viewers on the site at any given time. All learning how to get people banned.
Why would they not be looking for it? I think you are having trouble comprehending what "do your job" means. It means do all of it. Not part of it. Banning an account for doing something wrong when the evidence that they aren't is right in front of you is the very definition of not doing your job.

Somehow I think you would be singing a different tune if this happened to you. I know one thing you'll respond back with is "I'd approach it differently" and I know you would. However, its clear this person should have had deeper 'investigation' and this thread will help that 'case'.
That's a shame for SC. I'm sorry for you and the player who got banned. But on the other hand, you are inspiring a lot of people who hate someone to do that, and because of ONE player, THOUSANDS of others will have the same problem, if SC keeps banning people like that.

Doesn't change the fact that you have the list of Supercell staff now, you have customer service contact and that by making this known is not going to solve Don's problem but cause more problems for other clashers and cause problems for support.
So they finally were able to get responses down to a few days for service, but thanks to you geniuses, not only will they have to analyze every pixel of very email that comes in, but will have to figure out who was wrongfully banned by someone following the procedures learned from this thread and who was legitimately banned for selling their accounts, or other TOS violations.

Of course I'd approach it differently. I know how to PM Daddy, or any other moderator, and I know they are responsive and will help. It's nothing that would happen over night and publicly blasting it won't make them respond any faster.
This thread will help do nothing more than teach 3,200 people that have VIEWED this thread in the last FOUR hours how to repeat this process on someone else...

i personally experienced such things many times as well, that's why i can understand.
As long as the problem only affect very small amount of people, SC will never make some effort to help them.
The only way for them to realize this grave mistake is to make this publicly known and make them realize this grave mistake, then correct the mistakes to make the problem completely disappear.
read my previous post, SC makes huge profit everyday they have no excuse of not having enough man power to look at every single report with extra care, even if thousands of report are coming hourly
