Supercell banned a player for no reason. PLEASE READ!!! #freedontuan

Post needs to be read by more people. The banning process doesn't follow any rhyme or reason. Bans need to be handed down after SC does its own investigation. Not simply because some basement dweller reports another player. I would guess that no research was done on SC's part, and it was pure laziness on the part of whoever pushed it up the line. This guy should get a pack of gems if he is not responsible for the post that caused his ban.

I keep responding because it doesn't matter whether it's me or someone else, this has been staying on page one regardless. And Search engines don't care if you're on page 1 or 1001, it'll trend and index the same.

I feel for Don, and you guys definitely have a stalker situation going on, but you need to hit those contacts from the link above and get them to do something. They will, Daddy is a good person to talk to, he'll help. But letting people know about this tactic is the most moronic thing any of us have done this week, and there's still the weekend left.

Do something, send a Private Message to the moderator and staff. All of them.

This thread won't fix anything, it will only make things worse in the long run. As upset as you are about Don, how much more upset will you be knowing you started this negative trend?

I would expect better from you.

You banned a player because you think he was trying to sell his account. The post to sell his account was clearly a fake and you fell for another players devious actions and banned him without looking at the evidence. You should be ashamed of yourself.

A former clan mate was kicked out of clan and did not like that so they were determined to get Don Tuan banned. They created a fake post claiming to be Don Tuan trying to sell his account. The post is so clearly fake it is hard to believe you have anyone with more than a 1st grade education working there.

Lets break it down. The link to the supposed account for sale.

There are so many discrepancies it is laughable. I will name just a couple.

First: Why is there a return home button when looking at his own profile. You will notice this would only be the case if it was being viewed by someone that is not Don Tuan.

Second and the most telling is the fact that the picture of the base layout editor is a town hall 10. BUT DON TUAN IS A TOWN HALL 9. WHAT!?!?!??! I know, it is hard to believe that someone that dumb would think this would work but it actually did. The only picture that Don Tuan could take himself is of the base layout editor but clearly this is not a picture from his account. COME ON SUPERCELL.

This ban needs to be reversed immediately. You can't allow for this to be okay.

Sometimes I hate Supercell for this. They make a great game, but they don't investigate much. Do as the others said but I don't guarantee a quick response.

They are a slow train when it comes to stuff like this. Clash of Clans security management is completely incompetent. This is getting out of control. They need to make protocols for stuff like this, like a checklist to see if its actually the owner selling the base.

I hope you get this fixed.

If Supercell had any customer service whatsoever people wouldn't need to post stuff like this here. You're a good toady for them by pointing out the rules but I am sure they could remove this choice if they wanted to.

It's obscene how much money these guys make and they can't even provide basic CS for people.

1. The game is awesome, the support is not.
2. You catch more flies with honey, but you run out of honey eventually.

So why when it was clear the person was fake do they still ban the real person? Someone clearly did this in spite.
