Supercell banned a player for no reason. PLEASE READ!!! #freedontuan

If we don't make this public, Supercell will never be aware about how serious this problem is and just turn a blind eye on this matter. They just never really care about their players unless it brings them profit, if only one or two players are having this problem, why should they care? they quit, SC loses nothing

if one million players have same problems, then they will care (out of fear of losing money)

they make millions of dollars everyday, lack of man power is no excuse for terrible service, even if hundreds of thousands reports are coming hourly, it is still their job to throughly check every single one of them with extra care. they can just hire as many people as possible with their super huge profit.

Hmm. I personally support this thread, no one, ABSOLUTELY no one, should have their account banned when he/she is an honest player, especially considering how much time is invested into each account.

It only takes 30 seconds to review an image, simple autobanning people just isn't the way things should work! If they've set up a support system they have a duty to make sure it's actually effective!

And i expect everyone already knows that theoretically, you can get someone banned through the method told by OP. It's pretty much common sense. We already know Supercell doesn't pay much attention per account, so theoretically its pretty easy.
Awareness should be raised about this issue so that Supercell can at least fix their policies so that such issues won't ever develop at all!

yes it may makes people follow this way if thwy have grudge, but seriously SC will just ban hundreds of people later without strong proof?
if they CHECKING everything before ban, we not need to worry for this kind of thread.

Supercell can check forum poster's IP and account IP. If they are any where near each other they have the right to ban you.

It's not about mistakes it's about refusing to correct the mistakes... Have your entire clan review them badly on game center or google plus.. Enough is enough, we tried reasoning with them. Now it is time for action!!

To the OP, might be best if you drop the details of how one can do this, as others do have a good point on where people can learn from this to get others banned.

So now the rest of the thread can stay, so SC (if they look, never know) can realise what a big thing this is. But considering all the other threads about unfair banning have been ignored/deleted I'm afraid to say you're fighting an uphill battle with only to find a desert at the end.

All I can say is to repeat the others, PM all of the mods (not at the same time) etc.
Only time will tell, and I'm sorry this has happened.

I do also agree that more work could be done on SC's part even with the high number of messages coming in, there is always a solution to that. Lets hope they find it and can start to take care of the players more.

theangryewok is right, we don't need to fight each other on this. I just believe showing the way to do this isn't the best method.
